Giving & earning
recognition

Every staff member in the school receives 25 tokens that they have to send by the end of the week, or they expire. Sending a token is as easy as sending a Venmo.

  • Teachers are incentivized to recognize their colleagues for going above and beyond in all of the impactful ways that test scores can't quite capture. 

  • Teachers receive immediate push notifications when they receive recognition that take them right to KidKred where they can see the recognition they have earned, but so can everyone else in the whole school- thanks to our feed feature. 

  • Teachers see the words of recognition modeled which creates an inspiring work environment and reinforces school values.
